We are seeking a motivated Part Time Office Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our team! This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to support our administrative and financial operations. You will play a vital part in maintaining accurate financial records, managing bookkeeping tasks, and ensuring smooth office functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable using Quick Books Online
- Handle billing and collections
- Provide customer service support
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Maintain organized records of financial documents and support audit preparations
- Support day to day office and administrative tasks
Qualifications
* Experience with Quick Books Online Required
* Prior experience in AR/AP billing and collections
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and multitask
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
