P.J. Marley's Restaurant & Pub is a local burger restaurant located in Historic Downtown Medina in an old bank building. We are seeking professional, experienced Bartenders who are self-starters, ambitious, friendly and reliable. The ideal candidate will be able to handle high volume as well as smaller group settings with a focus on craft cocktails and bourbons.
Responsibilities
- Create guest loyalty through engaging conversations and knowledge of our products and restaurant
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages, serve food
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Work as a team
Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of different types of alcohol, cocktails, craft beers and bourbons
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Neat and tidy appearance
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
