Responsibilities
- Manage the weekly food inventory and corresponding reports
- Manage relationships with vendors and submitting orders on a weekly basis.
- Control labor based on the needs of the business.
- Train, mentor and coach kitchen team members.
- Uphold the standards for preparation and execution as set forth by the Farmers Table.
- Work directly with the Chef/GM to continuously improve quality and consistency of food.
- Work with Chef/GM to create seasonal menus and specials.
- Uphold sanitation standards to meet and exceed the expectations of the Medina County Health Department.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years high volume, high quality cooking
