About this Opportunity The parts Coordinator performs a wide range of duties that include managing inventory for offsite locations and providing support for the corporate parts team to keep our trucks moving. Schedule and Pay This position is Monday – Friday 6:00AM to 3:30PM. The pay range is $25-$30/Hour depending on experience. This full-time position offers Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans Life Insurance Disability Insurance Retirement Plan and 401K with match PTO & Paid Holidays Paid Weekly Direct Deposit How you will contribute to the success of the team: Issue parts from inventory to work orders Process warranty cores for returns Maintain proper inventory of parts Manage cost control and warranty parts being recovered or returned Entering parts and parts charges in AS400 Purchasing and Receiving stock orders into the parts system Processing invoices through the system using virtual imaging Responsible for various parts/warranty/invoicing reports Ship parts both internally and externally Conduct physical inventory on the 1st business day of each month Issue purchase orders to vendors Maintain and update multiple Excel spreadsheets Essential Functions of Position Preform various physical duties as assigned. Able to lift and carry materials. Ability to assist with the technicians when necessary. What makes you a strong candidate for this position: Knowledge of Service Writing Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint necessary Parts or inventory control experience would be preferred Must be able to multitask and prioritize to complete daily tasks and impromptu requests Experience in truck parts is preferred Ability to communicate effectively Apply today if you are ready to join the PAM Team!
