Men's Locker Room Manager

Position Summary:

The Men’s Locker Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment in the men’s locker room at Ozaukee Country Club. This role is centered around providing personalized, necessary, and high-quality service to members and guests, always ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet members and guests as they enter the men’s locker room, offering assistance as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the entire locker room, including lockers, showers, restrooms, sinks, vanities, and surrounding areas.
• Keep amenities fully stocked, including towels, toiletries, razors, shaving cream, deodorant, hair products, and other grooming supplies.
• Provide complimentary services such as:
• Shoe shining and cleaning
• Drink Service when requested
• Assist with members personal items when requested
• Monitor locker assignments, assist members with locker access, and manage day-use lockers when needed.
• Handle lost-and-found items in accordance with club policy.
• Ensure all towels and linens are laundered and available throughout the day; manage towel collection and distribution.
• Communicate facility issues, repairs, or supply needs to the appropriate supervisor promptly.
• Maintain a professional, discreet, and courteous demeanor at all times, respecting member privacy and club culture.
• Assist in other areas of the Golf Operation when required by the Golf Professional

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or high-end customer service preferred.
• Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism in a private, upscale setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Self-motivated and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Work with a seasonal locker room assistant during the summer months May – August.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $18-$20.00 per hour plus gratuities

Hours and expectations

· Variable work hours based on weather and time of the season

· 40 – 50 hours a week during the peak season

· Ability to work weekends and holidays

· Seasonal work in locker room (March 15 – Mid November)

· Potential for additional club work if positions are available

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 55 per week
