You will work closely with providers, suppliers, patients, and administrative staff to facilitate safe and effective delivery of medical equipment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide patient education regarding proper use, safety, and maintenance of DME products

Assist in evaluating patient needs and ensuring appropriate equipment recommendations

Coordinate DME orders, authorizations, documentation, and follow-up

Communicate with physicians, case managers, insurance providers, and DME vendors

Review medical records to verify clinical criteria and compliance

Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
