Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas
Work Shift: 6pm-10pm
Work Week: M-F
Weekend Work Required: No
Pay Rate: $17.00

Ozark Maintenance is looking for a hardworking, detail oriented person who LOVES to clean and wants to make a difference.
Essential Job Functions
- Remove all trash, empty all trash cans and debris and replace receptacle liners as needed.
- Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours.
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping and vacuuming.
- Maintain janitorial closets and equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
- Additional duties as requested by management.
- Experience in the janitorial industry a plus
- Background Screening and Drug Test required.
- Work requires the skills to read and understand instructions, add and subtract numbers, and make comparisons between numbers and letters.
- Work requires the ability to understand and respond to simple written or verbal instructions. Incumbents must respond appropriately to instructions, questions, or requests for information.
- Required Physical, Mental, and Visual Abilities:
- Lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Pushing and/or pulling non-motorized equipment (e.g.,supply carts, mops) weighing 20 to 50 pounds.
- Stooping and bending.
- Reaching and grasping objects.
- Walking and/or standing for extended periods of time.
- All job offers are contingent upon: post-offer clear background check, and post-offer clear drug screening.Ozark Maintenance is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
