Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and trash removal.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health standards are consistently met or exceeded.
- Operate various cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning detergents safely and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and floors using appropriate methods like mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, or polishing.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service while managing schedules efficiently through effective time management.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards.
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents and equipment operation is essential.
