Full-Time or Part-Time (open to PRN)
Job Summary: Skilled, empathetic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver quality care.
Expectations:
- Provide High Quality Care for our patients.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service to cultivate patient satisfaction.
- Be a Positive, Productive Member of the Rehab Team and Ozark Health to be fiscally.
Setting: Critical Access Hospital & Long-term Care Facility.
Hours/Days:
- Hours: Generally: 8:00-5:00
- Days: Monday – Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Implement patient-centered occupational therapy treatments.
- Develop personalized care plans based on evidence-based practice.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain precise documentation to support quality care.
- Contribute to ongoing departmental performance improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Current Arkansas OT/COTA license required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, diverse healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems preferred.
