Position Overview
The Director of Rehabilitation oversees daily therapy operations, supports clinical staff, and ensures residents receive high-quality, goal-driven rehabilitation services in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise therapy department operations
Provide direct occupational therapy services within COTA scope
Assist with scheduling, documentation review, and workflow management
Support Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy teams
Monitor resident progress and ensure care plans are followed
Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
Promote a positive, resident-centered therapy environment
Requirements
Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Arkansas
Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Ability to manage daily operations and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
