Pay & Benefits
- Expected annual salary is between $40,000 - $50,000

- Must submit drug test and background check
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, texts, and online leads in a professional, friendly manner
- Manage customer inquiries regarding sales, service, and vehicle availability
- Assist in scheduling service appointments and coordinate with the dealership service team
- Support dealership marketing campaigns, online reviews, and customer satisfaction follow-ups
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive retention and loyalty
- Work closely with the sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Previous customer service, call center, or automotive BDC representative experience (dealership background is a plus)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong computer and CRM skills (Microsoft Office, call tracking, scheduling software, etc.)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and dependable attendance
- High energy, attention to detail, and a true passion for helping people
