About the Role:
We’re hiring a Kitchen Supervisor for Tim’s at Lake Anna in Louisa, Virginia. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a high-volume kitchen, can lead by example on the line and is ready to step into a leadership role while maintaining strong cooking standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and execute menu items across grill, sauté, fry and steam stations
- Lead by example during service and maintain high performance standards
- Ensure food quality, consistency and proper presentation
- Maintain clean, organized and fully stocked stations
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team members during service
- Support team performance and hold staff accountable to standards
- Assist with closing duties and ensure kitchen readiness for next shift
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of kitchen or line cook experience
- Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens
- Ability to lead others while working on the line
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Availability for nights and weekends
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
