Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Wellness Engagement Specialist to join our team. This is a new position and will report to our Sales Manager. This role will be crucial in following the lead qualification process to ensure a seamless transition of high-quality leads to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead management, customer service, and utilizing CRM systems.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2 years of experience in a lead qualification, customer service, or sales support role.
Experience working in a medical device, healthcare, or B2B sales environment is a plus.
Required Skills & Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on accuracy.
Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and other sales tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and a results-driven attitude.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Compliance of HIPAA requirements to maintain patient confidentiality and safeguard sensitive health information.
Familiarity with FDA guidelines and regulations governing medical devices, particularly related to hyperbaric chambers.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Ability to independently operate hyperbaric chambers
Salary : $18 - $30
