- Answer and triage incoming calls, return missed calls, and provide information regarding NWS and available treatment options
- Complete preadmission activities, including gathering client demographics, verifying insurance benefits, discussing financial responsibility
- Send intake documentation to patients via JotForm
- Enter and complete patient records through the Salesforce workflow
- Review intake documentation and follow up with patients who have not completed required forms
- Leverage DrChrono (Chrono) to coordinate patient appointment scheduling and ensure timely and accurate upload of patient information into the electronic health record.
- Respond to all Contact Form submissions, determine appropriate treatment pathways, and accurately document all data points
- Monitor and respond to all emails received through the Neuro Wellness Spa internal email system and take appropriate follow up action
