Key Responsibility
Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and quarterly targets for the Small Appliance category Monitor branch-wise sales performance and implement strategies to improve productivity Ensure proper stock allocation and availability across all assigned branches Track and manage ageing stock (60 days – borderline & 90 days – dead stock) and take corrective actions Coordinate with the purchase team for stock replenishment and liquidation planning Conduct regular store visits to review merchandising, display standards, and team performance Support and guide store staff to improve product knowledge and conversion rates Work closely with brand representatives for promotions, schemes, and sell-out activities Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the territory Ensure proper implementation of company policies and operational standards
