- Coordinate employee onboarding, confirmation, and documentation through HRMS
- Support Learning & Development initiatives including training coordination and tracking

- Ensure implementation of HR policies, processes, and disciplinary guidelines
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR MIS reports
- Act as a single point of contact for employee HR-related queries
