Oxford Solutions is partnering with a growing organization to hire a Total Rewards Integration Analyst for a contract role. This position supports the hands-on evaluation and integration of total rewards programs across acquired entities and is fully remote within the United States.
This is a highly analytical, execution-focused role suited for a compensation or total rewards professional who works comfortably at the individual employee level. The work is not focused on compensation surveys or market benchmarking. Instead, the priority is practical analysis to support internal decision-making as rewards programs are harmonized or transitioned.
The role reports directly to senior HR leadership and works closely with the Total Rewards and P
ayroll team.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and compare total rewards programs across acquired organizations at the individual level
- Review base pay structures, incentive plans, benefits offerings, and other rewards components
- Identify risks, gaps, inconsistencies, and cost implications across programs
- Support integration planning and transition strategies through detailed analysis and documentation
- Collaborate with HR leadership and payroll partners to validate data and assumptions
- Deliver clear, actionable insights to support leadership decisions
Qualifications
- 4 to 7 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics
- Strong hands-on experience with employee-level compensation and benefits data
- Solid understanding of base pay, incentives, and benefits administration
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with HRIS and payroll data
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Excellent communication skills
