Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to drive new business development and build strong client partnerships. This individual will work closely with organizations across the Pittsburgh region to understand their hiring needs and deliver effective staffing solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about sales, and excels at building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new clients through cold calling, outreach campaigns, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding hiring challenges and providing tailored staffing strategies.
- Conduct client meetings throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area, including onsite visits, networking events, and industry functions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery to proposals, negotiations, and closing new business.
- Partner closely with the recruiting team to ensure successful placements and consistent client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales and business development goals.
Qualifications
- 3 years of sales experience; staffing or professional services sales experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in new business development and achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel locally as needed for client meetings and events.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
