Responsibilities
- Lead revenue marketing and demand generation strategy
- Develop campaigns that support pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue
- Guide product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives
- Improve marketing ROI, conversion performance, and campaign effectiveness
- Build reporting and dashboards that connect marketing results to business outcomes
- Use analytics, automation, AI, and marketing technology to improve performance and productivity
- Manage and develop a small marketing team
- Communicate strategy, priorities, and results to leadership
Qualifications
- 7 years of progressive B2B marketing experience
- Experience leading demand generation and revenue-focused marketing programs
- Proven success supporting the launch of SaaS products or technology platforms
- Ability to clearly explain marketing strategy, execution, metrics, and results
- Experience using data to improve pipeline, conversion, and marketing ROI
- Experience leveraging AI technologies to improve marketing performance and productivity
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
