The client is looking for a strategic, data-driven B2B marketing leader with experience driving revenue growth through demand generation, product marketing, digital marketing, and go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate has a proven track record building marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue, leading product launches, and leveraging marketing technology, analytics, and AI to optimize performance. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced technology environment.
Duties Include:
* Develop and execute revenue marketing strategies that drive qualified pipeline, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
* Own key marketing metrics including pipeline, marketing-sourced revenue, conversion rates, and ROI
* Partner with Sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
* Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights
Lead product marketing efforts including:
* Product positioning and messaging
* Value proposition development
* Competitive analysis
* Product launches
* Sales enablement
* Go-to-market planning
Oversee digital marketing and website performance, including:
* Website strategy and optimization
* Landing pages and lead capture
* Technical SEO
* Conversion rate optimization
* Analytics, reporting, and attribution
* Website security and vendor management
* Manage marketing operations and technology platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, reporting, dashboards, and AI-driven marketing initiatives
Drive customer marketing and brand programs through:
* Customer advocacy and engagement
* Case studies and success stories
* Sales collateral
* Brand management
* Content and creative development
REQUIREMENTS:
* 7 years of B2B marketing leadership experience
* Proven success driving demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue
* Experience leading product launches and go-to-market initiatives
* Strong product marketing and digital marketing expertise
* Experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and reporting platforms
* Knowledge of website management, SEO, web analytics, and conversion optimization
* Experience utilizing AI to improve marketing performance and efficiency
* Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
* Ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor
* Preferred experience marketing SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, DaaS, data, or technology solutions
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
