Job Summary
Job Summary
Must possess a single subject foreign language credential in Mandarin, a Supplementary Authorization in Mandarin, or Introductory Subject Matter Authorization in Mandarin. Under the direction of the site administrator, teach and instruct pupils in grades K-5 or 6-8, in academic, social, behavioral, and other educational skill areas; plan, develop, organize, and conduct a comprehensive World language educational program in accordance with each student’s abilities; and assist in other school programs as assigned. If Intern eligible, upload an Intern Eligibility Letter. Intern applicants must include exam results and/or proof of registration for exams (i.e. TPA, RICA, CSET). If currently enrolled in a credential program, please include a status letter indicating your estimated completion date. Applicants enrolled in a program must include exam results and/or proof of registration for exams (i.e. TPA, RICA, CSET). 2. CLAD or other English Learner Authorization (The authorization may be embedded in your CA credential) 3. Current resume 4. List three references from persons who can comment on your employment record (must be from within the last two years) Transcripts (Unofficial copies may be submitted; Official transcripts will be required for successful candidates)
Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate California Teaching Credential, with the authorization to teach world language to elementary and middle school students, with a CLAD Emphasis or English Language Learner Authorization.
