Oxford s client acquired another company. They are in need of a senior level IC test engineer to program their ATE equipment. They currently use the Ultraflex from Teradyne, and all of the programming is done in VB. They have a legacy test system that uses Catalyst which is programmed in C. The remainder of test fixtures use LabVIEW, NI, and STS. Experience such as MBIST, LBIST, and boundary scan are critical as well.

The client is not concerned with the specific Ultraflex experience, more so interested in candidates that know how to test ICs.
