What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Project Manager - Pre Construction Manager position at Oxford Global Resources?
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
- Active Top Secret (DOD) clearance
- Experience delivering major (>$25M) federal infrastructure projects with relevant experience managing General Contractors and Design Team to achieve customers intent.
- Formal project management training/certification.
- 15 year’s progressive experience on capital programs and major projects to include renovations.
- Experience in large, complex, phased renovations of substantial portion of a facility that is comprehensive of all building components.
Pay: From $110.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
