Help Desk Technician
This is a hands-on role that requires being onsite. You will be part of a team of 12 techs supporting various technologies and platforms.
You should have a solid understanding of hardware troubleshooting, including desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and audio/visual equipment. Additionally, you should be able to install, pull, and replace hardware components.
You will provide 2nd level desktop support through remote means and troubleshoot Windows OS's (Win 7 and 10) and MAC OS's. You will also provide L1 software support for MS Office 2010 – O365, Skype, MS Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, VPN, and Remote Access.
Bonus experience in cloud PC, A/V and conferencing equipment is desired.
Salary : $50,000 - $80,000
