We welcome applicants who share our dedication to making a lasting impact and creating a more inclusive future for all.Job Responsibilities:Work with K – 12th grade school aged clientsAssist and evaluate students in the areas of speech, articulation, fluency, and language developmentCollaboration with classroom teachers and other school personnel to implement interventionsConducting assessments reporting on areas of strength and areas of improvements in regards to aspects voice, speech and fluencyDevelop unique treatment plans that are child and family first mentalityParticipate and/or conduct IEP meetingsFlexible SchedulingMaintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations)Requirements:CA Speech Language Pathology Therapy (SLP) licenseASHA CCC’sA Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology1 year of school-based or clinical experience; children ages 3-18Experience in IEP services and assessments preferredPediatric ExperienceStrong Clinical & Interpersonal SkillsExcellent Written & Oral Communication SkillsOxford Consulting Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
