Oxbo is seeking responsible individuals for troubleshooting/repair, machine support, preventative maintenance, scheduled repair operations, and emergency service on our products
You will be responsible for providing high quality technical and customer support through trouble shooting/diagnosis and sound, timely problem solving. Duties will will be performed primarily at customer sites
Qualifications include
Vocational training, and/or a minimum of 3 years experience in troubleshooting in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical technology
Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical skills
Maintenance knowledge, customer-service orientation, and an ability to work from blueprints, manuals and schematics
Clean driving record
Successful candidates will
Have appropriate oral and written communication skills to effectively and efficiently interact with customers and coworkers
Be able to prioritize and multi task within our fast paced environment
Be safety conscious and committed to following and supporting company safety policies
Work a flexible schedule that may include emergency/after-hours service on a rotating basis including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
