Oxbo is seeking responsible individuals for troubleshooting/repair, machine support, preventative maintenance, scheduled repair operations, and emergency service on our products.
This position is responsible for providing high quality technical and customer support through trouble shooting/diagnosis and sound, timely problem solving. Duties will will be performed either at our location or at the customer's site.
Qualifications include:
- Vocational training, and/or a minimum of 3 years experience in troubleshooting in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical technology
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical skills
- Maintenance knowledge, customer-service orientation, and an ability to work from blueprints, manuals and schematics
- Clean driving record
Successful candidates will:
- Have excellent communication skills to effectively and efficiently interact with customers and coworkers
- Be able to prioritize and multi task within our fast paced environment
- Be safety conscious and committed to following and supporting company safety policies
- Work a flexible schedule that may include emergency/after-hours service on a rotating basis including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
