Infrastructure & Platform Operations
- Manage and support cloud and on-premises infrastructure components powering enterprise data and business systems
- Monitor system performance, perform backups, and apply software patches and platform enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and security issues, providing timely root-cause analysis and solutions
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation on system configurations, access, changes, and security protocols
Security & Compliance
- Implement security best practices including encryption, access controls, and audit logging
- Conduct regular security reviews and generate compliance reports to support audits and governance requirements
- Ensure enterprise systems meet data protection standards and regulatory requirements
Advisory & Strategic Consulting
- Advise clients on ITSM, ESM, Agile, DevSecOps, and PPM models to align platforms with business goals
- Evaluate business workflows and technology environments to identify opportunities for improvement
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient platform solutions that drive measurable value
Collaboration & Enablement
- Engage cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders—from executive sponsors to engineers
- Lead training sessions and develop enablement materials to drive user adoption of new tools and systems
- Support onboarding and integration of contractors, vendors, and partners into the data platform ecosystem
Lifecycle Engagement
- Participate in the full lifecycle of customer engagements—from discovery to deployment to ongoing optimization
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify upsell opportunities and grow platform impact
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Establish automated monitoring and alerting for performance, capacity, and availability
- Maintain logs of support activity, outages, and enhancements
- Proactively recommend improvements to increase reliability, security, and user satisfaction
- 5 years of experience managing enterprise platforms in a customer-facing or consulting role
- Proven experience in infrastructure support, system administration, or platform engineering
- Familiarity with cloud environments and modern data platform architecture
- Strong understanding of security protocols, data compliance, and performance optimization
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration—or equivalent practical experience
- Analytical mindset with a knack for solving complex problems and driving outcomes
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, JSM, Confluence, Jira Align, Bitbucket, Trello, Compass)
- Atlassian Certified Professional credentials
- Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, ITSM, and DevOps frameworks and associated certifications
- Experience automating tasks or performing data analysis using Excel, scripting languages, or automation tools
