About the Role
The first point of contact for members and guests —-checking players in, serving food and drinks, helping members find the right gear in the pro shop, connecting prospective players with lessons, and supporting club events.
What You'll Do
Check-In - greet members and guests, manage court check-ins, answer questions about hours, courts, and amenities
Food & Beverage - take and deliver food and drink orders, keep service and seating areas clean
Pro Shop - help members select merchandise, process sales, keep displays organized
Lessons Coordination - field inquiries from prospective students and relay leads to Jake and Paulo
Events Support - help with setup, check-in, and day-of logistics for club events and clinics
What We're Looking For
Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented
Reliable and punctual — comfortable with early-morning shifts Comfortable with point-of-sale systems, or willing to learn Clear communicator with staff and management
Interest in padel or racquet sports a plus, not required
Able to stand/move for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
