What You'll Do
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly
- Assist with product selection, returns, and exchanges
- Provide updates on orders, shipping, and product details
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure high satisfaction
- Accurately process and verify orders, product details, and customer information
- Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy
- Keep organized records of orders, shipments, and communications
- Double-check orders before shipping to avoid errors
- Verify billing and shipping details for accuracy, working in conjunction with Sales and Accounting team
- Support quality control efforts by flagging issues promptly
- Maintain an organized workspace for efficient order fulfillment
- Support logistics and inside sales with daily tasks
- Suggest process improvements to enhance operations
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3 years' experience in shipping, logistics, or customer service preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service mindset
- Efficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM/inventory systems a plus
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Must be in Reno, NV and available to work on-site Monday–Friday
- Onsite in Reno, NV office role; standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
- Working inside our Headquarters, integrated with team environment focused on culture and comradery.
- Not typical warehouse distribution, small-scale controlled-room environment.
- May involve occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs) and standing/walking during administrative duties.
