Ox Asphalt is hiring Asphalt Sealcoat Technicians in Indianapolis for our 2026 season starting in April.We are a growing asphalt maintenance company serving residential and commercial customers across central Indiana. We are adding crews, expanding services, and taking on bigger contracts. If you want steady outdoor work with a crew that has your back, this is the job. What You Will Do:- Prep job sites: cleaning, edging, blowing, and taping- Apply sealcoat, crack filler, and asphalt patch material- Operate equipment including sprayers, squeegees, blowers, and hand tools- Load and unload materials and equipment- Maintain a clean and safe work environment- Work on residential driveways, commercial parking lots, and everything in between What We Are Looking For:- Reliable and punctual, ready to work outdoors in all conditions- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or similar outdoor work is a plus but NOT required- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work- Valid driver's license preferred- Positive attitude and willingness to learn What You Get:- $18 to $24 per hour based on experience- Weekly pay (W-2, direct deposit), not biweekly- Overtime available during peak season- Cash bonuses for 5-star customer reviews- On-the-job paid training, we teach you the trade from day one- Real growth opportunity, we are scaling fast and promote from within About Ox Asphalt:Ox Asphalt is an Indianapolis-based asphalt maintenance company specializing in sealcoating, crack sealing, asphalt repair, pothole repair, and parking lot striping.
