TITLE: Maintenance Technician
REPORTS TO: Property Superintendent
SUMMARY
Owner's Management Company seeks an individual for either part time or full time with general maintenance experience with plumbing, electrical and minor carpentry. Duties include but are not limited to handling emergency calls in apartments, trash pickup, apartment work orders and prepping suites for occupancy. This person also needs to be a team player and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Requires both indoor and outdoor conditions.
