TITLE: Maintenance Technician
REPORTS TO: Maintenance Superintendent
SUMMARY
Owner's Management Company seeks an individual with general maintenance experience with plumbing, electrical and minor carpentry for our Fairview Manor Apartment Community. Duties include but are not limited to handling emergency calls in apartments, routine building maintenance, apartment work orders and prepping suites for occupancy. This person also needs to be a team player and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

WORKING CONDITIONS
