We're a 20-agent team producing $200M annually, backed by 15 years of operating experience.We're looking for a Client Services Coordinator to be the connective tissue between the clients, agents, and the dozens of parties involved in every real estate transaction. You'll own client communications from contract to close, keep deals on track, and support our CEO with day-to-day operations. This role is part transaction management, part relationship management, part keeping the wheels on.This is a full-time, hybrid position with occasional evening or weekend availability for transaction deadlines. Real estate experience is a plus but not required—we can teach the contracts if you bring the organization, communication skills, and follow-through.Compensation:$72,000 - $89,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Manage all client communications once a property goes into contract, keeping buyers and sellers informed and confident throughout the processCoordinate with agents, lenders, escrow officers, title companies, inspectors, and other parties to ensure smooth transactionsTrack timelines, contingencies, and deadlines—flag potential issues before they become problemsMaintain and update the client database, including past clients, referrals, and sphere of influenceAnswer incoming calls and emails, triaging and responding on behalf of leadershipSupport calendar management and help protect leadership's timeAssist with operational projects and process improvements as the team growsQualifications:2 years in a client-facing role managing multiple relationships or projects simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skills—clear, professional, and warmHighly organized with sharp attention to detail and reliable follow-throughComfortable learning new systems and processes quicklyProactive mindset—you anticipate needs rather than wait to be toldExperience with real estate transactions, contracts, or CRM systems is a plus, but not requiredAvailable for occasional evenings or weekends when transaction deadlines require itAbout CompanyOur Mission: We Help Families Build Wealth Through Real Estate.Our Vision: We enable agents, staff, and partners to do what they want when they want, with whom they want, for however long they want.
