We're looking for a part-time Project Coordinator for our Land Survey team in Springfield, MO, to help coordinate projects, support day-to-day operations, and keep our teams organized and projects moving forward.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support project administration, including documentation, data entry, records management, and maintaining accurate project information.
- Assist with project financial processes, including billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and financial tracking.
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, deliverables, and communication between project leaders, clients, crews, and partners.
- Support project leaders with proposals, contracts, permitting, and other administrative needs to keep projects organized and moving forward.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally to project sites or other company locations.
