We are growing our Land Development team in Kansas City and looking for a Team Leader to help lead the next phase!

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead land development projects from concept through construction, working closely with clients and internal teams to keep things moving - technically, financially, and relationally.
Along The Way, You’ll
- Mentor and support a team of engineers
- Build and strengthen client relationships (and help bring new ones in!)
- Stay close to project performance (we’re talking scope, schedule, and budget)
- Play a role in expanding our presence in the Kansas City market
- Help shape how the team operates and delivers work
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- 5 years of land development experience
- PE license preferred
- Strong project and client management experience
- Experience leading teams or a clear readiness to step into that role
