We’re looking for a Manager, Creator Partnerships & Strategy to work directly with our Head of Creators to execute and scale these partnerships across a multimillion-dollar portfolio. This is not traditional influencer marketing. You’ll be operating at the intersection of talent, strategy, and ownership.
The Role
We're hiring a Manager, Creator Partnerships & Strategy to join our Creators division. You'll work directly with our Head of Creators to manage and execute high-impact brand campaigns across a multimillion-dollar talent marketing budget.
Our brand clients don't come to us with a playbook — they come to us for one. This role requires someone who can serve as a true strategic partner to senior marketing leaders, translating business objectives into bold, talent-driven campaigns and owning every step of the process. The best person for this role leads the conversation, earns the trust, and delivers results.
What You'll Do
- Act as a strategic advisor to brand clients — diagnosing their goals and prescribing the right talent marketing approach
- Own campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and planning through execution and reporting
- Manage a multimillion-dollar talent marketing budget across celebrities, athletes, and content creators
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for talent, managers, founders, and brand CMOs
- Proactively develop creative strategies that maximize the value of talent partnerships
- Build and present performance projections, measurement frameworks, and outcome reports to brand clients
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in campaign management, talent marketing, or influencer/creator partnerships
- Someone who leads clients, not the other way around — you're comfortable owning the strategy room
- Proven track record of maximizing every dollar while managing multimillion-dollar budgets in a talent or brand marketing context
- Direct experience working with talent and their representatives (managers, agents, publicists, lawyers, financial advisors)
- Strong creative instincts paired with analytical rigor — you can build a strategy and prove it worked
- Excellent communicator who can present confidently to senior brand stakeholders
- A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and hits the ground running
