Outdoor Construction Laborer – Build a Career, Not Just Patios
$19–$22/hr | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Build a Career Creating Outdoor Spaces. We’re looking for hardworking individuals who want more than just a paycheck. This role is a stepping stone toward a long-term career in outdoor construction. You’ll build real projects with a tight-knit crew and have opportunities to advance from Laborer to Team Lead to Project Manager. We’re hosting interviews over the next 5 business days

Job Details
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (no weekends)
- Location: Greater Saint Louis Area
- Team structure: 4-man crews led by an on-site Project Manager
- Year-round, outdoor work
Typical Responsibilities
- Operate mini-excavators and skid steers
- Install paver patios, retaining walls, and other hardscapes
- Hand dig, plant, and complete landscape installations
- Follow direction and contribute to a productive team environment
Who We're Looking For
- Experience: Manual labor in construction, landscaping, concrete, or excavation
- Physically in shape and able to work efficiently
- Interested in working outdoors long-term
- Committed to working full-time with long-term potential
