Job Description: Therapy Assistant Technician / Front Desk
Location: OWL Therapy Services
Hours: 30 hours/week (Monday -Friday 7:45 - 2:15)

Position Overview
This unique position combines therapy support with front desk and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment, is attentive to detail, and finds fulfillment in both behind-the-scenes work and meaningful patient interaction.
Responsibilities
Therapy Support (50–70%)
- Assist therapists with session preparation and cleanup (e.g., organizing therapy materials, sanitizing equipment, setting up treatment spaces).
- Create and assemble materials for sessions (research, Canva graphics, laminating, etc.).
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients and families.
- Support patient engagement by demonstrating enthusiasm, encouragement, and positive reinforcement.
Front Desk & Administrative (30–50%)
- Greet patients and families warmly, creating a welcoming clinic atmosphere.
- Manage patient inquiries and questions, and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Maintain organization in the waiting room and therapy spaces.
- Assist with basic office tasks, including scanning, filing, and data entry.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in healthcare, education, or related fields preferred.
- Prior experience in a therapy, healthcare, childcare, or customer service setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, families, and staff.
- Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a dynamic clinical environment.

- Monday - Friday 7:45 a.m. - 2:15 a.m.
