Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other treatment team members to provide comprehensive care
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- LPC or LCSW license in Oklahoma, or under supervision for clinical hours (LPC supervision provided)
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must pass background check and drug test
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
