high-quality, evidence-based care to our patients, while providing supervision, mentorship, and support to clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to counselors, therapists, and support staff to ensure adherence to treatment protocols and professional standards.
- Support Clinical Director with daily group scheduling, case load management/assignment.
- Manage concurrent insurance reviews scheduling.
- Oversee the assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring of clients.
- Conduct regular clinical chart audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Facilitate staff training, continuing education, and professional development initiatives.
- Collaborate across departments to develop and ensure implantation of individualized treatment plans.
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of clinical staff.
- Master’s degree and license or certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in addiction treatment or mental health services.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of addiction, co-occurring disorders, and evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic environment.
