What are the responsibilities and job description for the Speech Language Pathologist position at OWL Pediatric Therapy LLC?
Therapist owned private speech therapy clinic is seeking a part time or full-time employee to join their growing team. We are a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic, with a focus on respecting neurodiversity and building on client’s strengths. In this role, you will provide pediatric speech and language therapy services in our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations to diagnose communication disorders.
- Provide fun, engaging, and effective speech and language therapy services to children.
- Collaborate closely with families, focusing on education around development and providing functional home activities.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of assessments and session notes.
- Stay current with the latest research and evidence-based practices in speech and language therapy
- Participate in community outreach activities

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current MA state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Experience working with children with diverse communication needs in clinical and/or educational settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for working with children and commitment to neurodiverse affirming practices.
- A very strong CF candidate will be considered.
