Job Overview
OWL Pediatric Therapy LLC is a therapist-owned, multidisciplinary pediatric clinic seeking a part time Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. Our clinic prioritizes evidence-based practice and a family-centered approach, and a deep commitment to neurodiversity-affirming care. We work from a strengths-based lens and believe in providing meaningful, compassionate, and highly individualized therapy.
Most services occur in our beautiful new clinic in Westford, MA. Our space includes a fully equipped motor-sensory gym featuring a crash pit and swing, dedicated staff workspaces, and a fully stocked therapy materials room to support high-quality clinical practice. Clinicians may also have occasional opportunities to provide services in local schools, daycares, or community settings.
Our clinic serves a diverse range of communication needs and severities. Caseloads are thoughtfully balanced and include children with a wide range of strengths, needs, and communication styles.

Requirements
- Massachusetts licensure
- Strong clinical reasoning, clear communication skills, and a commitment to evidence-based practice
- Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary clinic
- Passion for working with children and families
- Preference to those who can commit to 3 afternoons/evening per week (between hours of 2pm-6pm), although there is some flexibility
