Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. Duties

• Accurately input and update data into various database systems, ensuring completeness and correctness
• Maintain organized filing systems for digital and physical records to ensure quick retrieval
• Perform data collection tasks, transcribing information with precision using 10 key typing skills and transcription techniques
• Support administrative functions such as filing, data entry in Excel, and basic math calculations for reporting purposes
• Assist customers via phone or email by addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues promptly
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in productivity software including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent typing speed (10 key typing) and data entry accuracy in Excel and other software platforms
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
• Basic math skills for data verification and report generation
• Previous clerical or office experience involving filing, data collection, or transcription tasks
• Technical proficiency in using office equipment like scanners, printers, and filing systems
