Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
- Greet guests as they approach the service area.
- Ensure consistent and convincing service aligned with company standards.
- Sell and deliver all food items per the menu and handle transactions per the cash handling policy.
- Clean and sanitize all food service equipment used in preparation and serving.
- Operate all relevant food service equipment.
- Maintain current knowledge of daily menus and pricing.
- Ensure proper stock and supplies for efficient service.
- Promote safety and security for both Team Members and guests.
- Perform clean-up duties to maintain a high-quality, organized work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- One year of experience in concessions or office work preferred.
- Ability to obtain a valid Kentucky Gaming License.
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, reach, handle, feel, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear.
- Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Work environment noise level ranges from moderate to loud.
- Must be able to circulate throughout assigned areas, including smoking areas, while observing guests and equipment functionality.
