Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and email correspondence
- Prepare, edit, and maintain accurate documents, reports, and spreadsheets
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Track deadlines and ensure follow-through on outstanding tasks
- Handle incoming calls, deliveries, mail, and general office logistics
- Maintain office supplies, and basic bookkeeping support as needed
Required Qualifications
To be considered, candidates must meet all of the following requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional administrative experience in an office setting
- Advanced computer literacy, including:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- PDF editing
- Cloud-based platforms (Google Workspace, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks accurately
Strong attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to produce error-free work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting managers or leadership teams
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Basic understanding of invoicing or administrative support for accounting
- Experience working in the commercial construction industry
