As a Production Operator at our facility, you will be working as part of a crew assisting the manufacturing process for insulation.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Packaging the insulation
• Troubleshooting of machinery
• Verifying the quality of product
• General housekeeping and safety practices
• Repurposing the insulation

Requirements Include:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• MUST HAVE 3 years experience in Manufacturing, Machine Operating, or Packaging experience
• Must be able to secure and maintain a forklift driver’s license
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Available to work rotating shifts (rotates from days to night)
• Must be able to pass WorkKeys assessment

• Must have a strong safety mindset

Shift Schedule (Rotating Shift):

• 7am-7pm (3 days on)
• 3 days off
• 7pm-7am (3 nights on)
• 3 days off

Pay Rate:

• Day shift: $29.14
• Night shift: $30.14
• Holiday pay
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

The hourly rate for this position is $29.14.
