What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at Owen Thomas Group?
The ideal candidate will be comfortable screening new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through industry focused questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Conduct interviews via phone, video or in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Understand your market sector and clients competitors for where they would like to see candidates from.
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
- Be able to work at speed and handle multiple job requisitions
Qualifications
- A genuine interest in achieving targets and earning sales commission
- Effective communication skills, especially listening and presenting skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Tech savvy for CRM and lead generation software usage
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
- Recent graduates and people with no experience encouraged to apply
