Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and overseeing HVAC installation and retrofit projects.
- Coordinate project activities between field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers.
- Track project schedules, budgets, change orders, and material procurement.
- Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and submittals for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare RFIs (Requests for Information), project documentation, and progress reports.
- Monitor labor productivity, equipment usage, and project costs.
- Assist with estimating, takeoffs, and project closeout documentation.
- Schedule deliveries and ensure materials are available for field crews.
- Attend project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Support quality control and safety compliance initiatives.
- Maintain organized project files, permits, warranties, and records.
- Assist in resolving project issues and coordinating corrective actions.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in HVAC, mechanical construction, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Salary : $65,000 - $90,000
