We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team and contribute to the design and delivery of multifamily residential projects. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced architects and project managers on projects ranging from luxury apartments and mixed-use developments to affordable and market-rate housing.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of multifamily residential projects through all phases of design
- Prepare architectural drawings, presentation materials, construction documents, and design details
- Develop Revit models and coordinate project documentation with consultants and internal team members
- Participate in site planning, building layouts, unit planning, and code research
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and municipal agencies to support project approvals
- Assist during construction administration by responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and participating in site visits
- Ensure project documentation meets quality standards and applicable building codes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- 3–8 years of professional architectural experience
- Experience working on multifamily residential, mixed-use, or hospitality projects preferred
- Proficiency in Revit required; AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and Enscape/Lumion experience is a plus
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction detailing
- Strong design, communication, and organizational skills
- Working toward architectural licensure is preferred
Preferred Experience
- High-rise, mid-rise, podium, or garden-style multifamily projects
- Experience with affordable housing, mixed-use developments, or adaptive reuse projects
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
